Synthetic diamond/diamond powder is recognized by its high rigidity, wear-resisting and high thermo stability. The shapes of the crystal are hexahedron or octahedra. At present, there are three synthetic processes. As followed:

RVD synthetic diamond grit/diamond powder features good self-sharpening and strong mechanical retention, widely used for natural diamond bruting, gem stone cutting and synthetic diamond tools, RVD diamond grit is the ideal industrial diamond grain for resin bond diamond tools used for tungsten carbide tools processing, this kind of synthetic diamond is also used for fine ceramics, variety of glasses and other hard materials grinding.

MBD(metal bond diamond) grade synthetic diamond grit/diamond powder is the higher grade diamond, this grade diamond grit features better diamond crystalline shape and stronger mechanical retention, it used for better quality synthetic diamond grinding tools. MBD4 is a middle strong abrasive and contains blocky crystals. The product is ideal for grinding medium hard materials. MBD6 contains a relatively high level of cube- octahedral crystals. The grit is recommended for grinding stone, ceramic. MBD8 consists of blocky cube-octahedral crystals. Better impact strength and thermal stability make the product ideal for a wide range of grinding applications. MBD10 is more stronger than MBD8. Except for grinding tools, also can be used for saw blade, drills and electroplated materials

SMD synthetic diamond grit/diamond powder features regular and sharp cube-octahedral crystals. This grade diamond has litter impurity and defect, with high TTI and thermostability. The colour is light and tranparent. But this grade diamond is coarse-grained diamond, series included SMD, SMD25, SMD30, SMD35 and SMD40, sizes included 16/18 to 60/80. The product is ideal for saw blade, exploratory boring and diamond trimming tools.
